Numerical flow simulation for pumps, turbines, valves / fittings, plant components as well as complete plants / systems is a cost efficient analysis tool to answer questions regarding process optimisations, increased energy efficiency, safety, failure and damage investigations and to analyse design variants.
Simulation will play an even more central role especially in efficiency optimisation, cavitation investigations, design and control of hydraulic fluid machines.
In cooperation with renowned manufacturers, we have developed new approaches to survive in international competition with optimised hydraulic fluid flow machines (pumps, turbines, etc.). We also deal with questions from manufacturers or operators regarding pumps under special operating conditions or plant-specific requirements.
The well-founded special know-how is based on comparative calculations between test rig and numerical flow simulation (3D CFD) on the one hand and on the other hand on decades of extensive experience with special applications in the industry.
