Hydraulic optimisation

of a multi-stage centrifugal pump

We are pleased to receive very successful feedback for a recently completed hydraulic optimisation of a multi-stage centrifugal pump in cooperation with Dickow Pumpen.

The pump has now been running for about 6 months now without any problems. Last week, the customer carried out a test of their process, including sound measurements on the pump and a determination of the functionality of the process. As far as we know, they are very satisfied with the pump and are planning to order more units.

There is also a little anecdote, namely that the customer has fitted sound insulation around the pump, although we said from the very beginning that this might not become necessary. However, as all pumps on site have sound insulation because they are so loud, the customer insisted on it.

Allegedly, it is now quieter inside the insulation besides our new pump than outside on the drilling platform.
